In the July 11 Panorama news release, we discuss several current events in Latvia and worldwide: the cancellation of the "Es atvēru Laimas dārzu" dance concert at Daugava Stadium due to technical reasons; an analysis of why the evacuation notices failed to reach all residents in the VUGD designated danger zones; the flooding of several roads in Augšdaugava, Preiļi, and other Latgale and Vidzeme districts at night; and the ongoing Russian drone and missile attacks on Ukrainian cities, including damage to a maternity hospital.
