A woman called with a problem: water was leaking near the hot water meter. The first step was to officially contact the hot line to obtain permission to remove the seal. After approval and confirmation via Viber, I arrived at the site. I removed the seal with permission, replaced the filter, replaced the backflow valve, replaced the fittings, and checked the tightness after the repair. However, there was a nuance: there was no light, the elevator was not working, and I had to climb 14 floors with the tool.
