Cortometraje "El hijo del Santo" - Short Film "The Son of Santo"

Juan, a young outsider living in poverty, used to believe that his father was the famous wrestler and film star "Santo." One day his father disappeared, and years later Juan, now alone, witnesses a violent scene on the streets that shocks him and reminds him that he is still the son of the legendary wrestler. As a child he used to go to the wrestling matches with his father and enjoyed them; there was a moment when his father vanished and the Santo appeared to fight, leading Juan to think his father was the Santo and admire him. Time passes and Juan, now an abandoned teenager, lives on the street amid poverty, violence, and injustice, feeling powerless and depressed. One night he sees a murder, which makes him erupt. Remembering that he is the son of the Santo, he decides to fight masked against injustices and violence.
