Fallen Leaf: Part 87: Stage 5-BOSS: Chemical Plant Encounter (Gator Snapper-X)

The midboss of The Dreadlands is a Gator Snapper that has gained the power of an X‑Orb, turning it into a giant Snapper. It primarily attacks by snapping its jaws from below, occasionally jumping high to chomp the ceiling and causing rocks to fall. If it had lived longer, it would have torn through the middle pipe surface, reducing the space for combat. By this point, the Dreadlands feel less dreadful, and the party encounters a mystical forest with mushrooms and a new race of NPCs.
