Kid Icarus: Uprising: Part 8: Chapter 8: The Space-Pirate Ship

The final preparations to attack Medusa in the Underworld are at hand, but Palutena needs Pit to solve a problem. Pit is excited to take on the Underworld, yet Palutena has hidden the Three Sacred Treasures—Mirror Shield, Arrow of Light, and Wings of Pegasus—in constellations, which were recently stolen by a Space‑Pirate Ship. The Underworld Army is after that ship, so Pit must deal with both forces to retrieve the treasures before confronting Medusa. (0:30 - 5:11) In the air battle, Pit chases the Space‑Pirate Ship across the Galactic Sea, fending off attacks while Palutena finds an opening for him to land. (5:11 - ) On land, the Space Pirates attack relentlessly and the Underworld Army joins the fight. Pit can let the enemies battle each other, destroy doors to stop new foes, and navigate a hot spring and a grind rail segment at 20:27. A Centurion Assist may appear to aid him. The level ends with an elevator leading to the ship’s Captain, who is suddenly eaten by a Space Kraken. Pit defeats the Kraken’s tentacles, then its head, and retrieves the Three Sacred Treasures sealed in a box. With the treasures back, he is ready to take the war to the Underworld and defeat Medusa.
