Lulu Hot Spring Taiwan | Solo Trekking | Camping on active grounds

I am on my third year of traveling around the world, and after seeing many touristy places I realized that solo trips to remote places make me happiest and bring me closer to myself. I learned to trust my instincts and understand what I can do. Taiwan surprised me with its beauty, nature, and friendly people. I visited Lulu Hot Spring, a remote spot accessible by train to Chishang, a short walk, and a hike through forest to the spring. The journey takes about 1.5 hours to the peak and another 1.5 hours to the river. I enjoyed a dip, set up camp by the riverbank, and explored the steamy area upstream. The experience was unforgettable.
