Jon Luke Evans, a Jamaican-born reserve police officer in Old Orchard Beach, Maine, has agreed to voluntarily leave the U.S. after being arrested by immigration authorities in July. ICE said Evans overstayed his visa and unlawfully tried to purchase a firearm.
