อิน, a highly accurate tarot reader, decides to prank her close friend's mother, Thodaw, and accidentally meets Thapfa, a crisis medical doctor and Thodaw's eccentric brother who hates fortune tellers. When they first meet, อิน warns Thapfa that he will face severe misfortune, possibly fatal. Initially skeptical, Thapfa soon encounters a string of bad luck, with his colleagues 'Pukpong' and 'Sarnwat Ton' advising him to flee. He ends up hiding with อิน in Mae Hong Son until everything clears up. Ultimately, fate leads them to confront something, which viewers can follow in 'My Magic Prophecy'.
