Spain wildfires death toll rises for third time

Firefighters were filmed battling wildfires across western Spain as over 40 blazes ravaged the Extremadura region. The fire, which began on August 12th, was reportedly sparked by lightning in the mountains. Officials said evacuations were underway in surrounding areas as the blaze burned “out of control,” while other towns, including parts of Hervas and Aliseda, remained under lockdown.
