The Character Assassination of Sam Wilson - From Well Written Sidekick To Failing Leading Man

Sam Wilson started his time in the MCU as Falcon, becoming a good friend and partner to Steve Rogers during his time as Captain America. Unfortunately, the writing and character assigned to Sam Wilson would change drastically after Avengers: Endgame, with Falcon and the Winter Soldier turning him into a self‑focused, hypocritical bully that almost seemed like a different character. Something not helped by his recent portrayal in his first standalone Captain America film.
