US President Donald Trump says that Emmanuel Macron and his wife Brigitte are 'fine,' after a video appeared to show her shoving the French president's face on a trip to Vietnam. 'Make sure the door remains closed,' Trump tells reporters when asked if he has any advice for Macron about the video, which was filmed as the door of the French couple's plane opened. 'He's fine. They're fine. They're two really good people.'
