US Special Envoy for Ukraine Keith Kellogg says during a National Prayer Breakfast in Kyiv that he hopes that, by the time the war‑torn country celebrates its 35th Independence Day next year, fighting will be brought to "an end" and Ukraine will be "a different place to be". The event was attended by Ukraine's President Volodymyr Zelensky and other senior Western officials.
