In this version, every item has been redesigned, offering a fresh experience across more than 20 servers that cater to a variety of playstyles—from Stalker-inspired worlds with mutants and anomalies to classic DayZ hardcore PvP and PvE environments. The mod introduces a flexible server configuration system that tweaks core gameplay aspects, including character metabolism and infected AI, while adding a host of new mechanics and unique features not found elsewhere. Players can explore safe zones, engage with a diverse array of traders and role‑playing factions, and navigate radioactive, bio‑hazardous, thermal, and anomalous zones. An advanced disease system now includes viruses, cholera, salmonella, and more, alongside a skill progression framework that covers hunting, fishing, weaponry, and encryption. Loot distribution, infected, mutant, anomaly, and artifact spawning are all balanced, and the mod brings a wealth of new weapons, gear, and supplies with updated attributes.
