I make a red sauce by blending a large tomato, sugar, tomato paste, salt, pepper, and chopped herbs, and a white sauce by mixing sour cream, mayonnaise, kefir, hmeli‑suneli, salt, a crushed garlic clove, and olive oil. I wrap the cooked chicken and sauces in lavash with iceberg lettuce, cucumber, and tomato, then grill again. The result is a flavorful, homemade alternative to store‑bought.
