Wario Land 3: Part 76: Tower of Revival (Blue Chest)

Picking up the Left & Right Golden Eyes opens a golden snake door in this level, and the Blue goodies lie beyond it, so head there like I did at 1:34. In the new room, you must climb a long ladder while avoiding the screen shaking caused by constantly dropped Not‑Thwomps; if Wario climbs during this, he'll fall a few feet. Sneak into the climb just as the Omodon hits the ground, find the Blue Key on the way up, and drop down to retrieve it. In the next room, clear a huge vertical path to use Ball O'String Wario, release a Silky from enemy blocks with an ice bear, bring it down, and let it tie Wario into string; then ram into the String Block blocking the Blue Chest. The Blue Chest contains a Sky Key, which opens a door to a very high new level called Above the Clouds.
