Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, NATO chief Mark Rutte and leaders from NATO's eastern flank pose for a group photo in Vilnius, where they are gathered for a summit. The summit brings together the Bucharest Nine – the alliance's members across eastern and central Europe – as well as its Nordic members.
