This strength training workout will help you build defined arms!! We will focus on isolation exercises for the biceps and triceps, working through 100 reps of each for a total of 200 reps! This workout is INTENSE, but so effective for only 15 minutes! You only need dumbbells, making this a perfect at-home workout! 200 REP UPPER BODY WORKOUT STRUCTURE AND EXERCISES EQUIPMENT NEEDED - DUMBBELLS- I used a range from 10-25lbs - EXERCISE MAT OPTIONAL EQUIPMENT - EXERCISE BOX/BENCH OR A STURDY CHAIR - WRIST WEIGHTS STRUCTURE 8 TOTAL EXERCISES 25 REPS FOR EACH EXERCISE REST: 20 SECONDS EXERCISE LIST -BICEP CURLS -CONCENTRATION CURLS (L&R) -HAMMER CURLS -TRICEP OVERHEAD EXTENSIONS -SIDE LYING TRICEP OVERHEAD EXTENSION (L&R) -TRICEP KICKBACKS I am so glad you joined me for this workout!
