Rare footage captures Alice In Chains performing "Rooster" at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino's Etess Arena in Atlantic City, New Jersey on March 10, 2006. The show was part of the "Decades Rock Live" event honoring the band Heart, and marked William DuVall's first performance with Alice In Chains. AIC opened for Heart, and during rehearsals Ann and Nancy Wilson witnessed DuVall singing "Rooster", prompting the band to include the track in the broadcast. Following this concert, DuVall became Alice In Chains' co‑lead vocalist and recorded his first album with the band in 2009, "Black Gives Way to Blue".
