Building a Telecommunications Design System with QGIS and PostGIS

Justin Chang from MOBIA Technology Innovations () shows how he created a design system for telecommunications. He created a system where designers could create designs in QGIS and everything is stored and maintained with PostGIS on the back end. Justin also used PostGIS to conduct geospatial analysis using spatial SQL. Furthermore, he did a lot of documentation and training for everyone on the team to get them up to speed on QGIS.
