In a small German town, a detective is hired to investigate the disappearance of a retired businessman’s daughter. While searching for clues, the investigator discovers a seemingly abandoned laboratory where twisted experiments were conducted by a Nazi doctor named Mengele, using psychedelic substances and sadomasochistic practices. As the detective explores room after room, they uncover notebooks, test subject accounts, and evidence of ongoing experiments. Consuming drugs during the mission, the investigator’s hallucinations become a tool for solving puzzles and piecing together the unsettling truth, ultimately revealing that the laboratory is still active and the missing girl and the investigator themselves are subjects in an occult ritual that blurs the line between hallucination and reality.
