Fallen Leaf: Part 98: Stage 5-STAR 3: Trial In The Dungeon (Sacred Slab 4)

Here’s the last of the three hidden levels of The Dreadlands. This takes place in a deep dungeon within the Memorial Castle, where you must go deeper and deeper. You will typically climb down a ladder to be dropped into a room with its own hazards to avoid and its own enemies to defeat before you can proceed. Take care to notice the hidden path at 0:40 for the Peaman found in this level: Pea Wiz! Take note of Pea Wiz, who explains the castle and how it honors Willow, and that he once allowed people to do whatever they wanted, even violent things. The sand room at 1:40 has a hidden door; you need to get rid of all its enemies to find it. Notice the divine radiance throughout this room, because that hidden door will bring you to the fourth and final Sacred Slab. I’m going back to Enigmatic Stele in the Forgotten Domain to see what happens when all four of them are together. In the meantime, this level’s Gold Chest Treasure is a broken teacup.
