Hours after Typhoon Co-May made landfall, residents of Bulacan in the Philippines wade through knee-high floodwaters and ride through the streets on boats. Co-May, which has been downgraded to a tropical storm, caused flooding in towns and villages north of Manila before heading to the west coast province of La Union.
