I have been listening and some of you requested a beginner Reflex Bag Workout. Well, there it is! I am using the Outshock Punching Ball (Reflex Bag) but you can definitely do this workout on any other type of Reflex Bag. A reflex bag can help you improve your footwork, rhythm, accuracy, timing, and hand speed. This workout also combines drills on the reflex Bag and bodyweight exercises. Hope you like it!
