Forge Neo build has been updated to remove the virtual environment; Python is now located in the system folder, and additional libraries can be installed in system/python. Git installation is no longer required. Reactor has been fixed, and the InstantID preset for face generation now works. Other presets have been tuned and should function correctly. Additional extensions have been added, including Inpaint Anything, which was disabled due to high CPU usage but can be enabled via the Extension settings. Qwen Image and its Nunchaku version are supported, while Qwen Edit remains non‑functional. The sd‑forge‑fluxtools‑v2 extension enables Flux Canny/Depth and Flux Fill inpainting, though Flux Kontext support is limited. The forge2_cleaner extension provides a Photoshop‑like quick eraser that is fast and resource‑light. Xformers was not installed because it destabilizes Forge on the author's GPU, though it can be added manually with pip. The build size is now 7 GB, with models at 18.7 GB separate; the models folder remains unchanged except for InstantID models.
