I love pull‑ups, but I’m weak at doing them with weight, so I challenged myself to do 200 weighted pull‑ups a day with 12 kg. On the 7th day my left shoulder started hurting because I tried to do 200 quickly, resulting in poor form and pain. By day 20 my shoulder was fine thanks to proper technique and stretching. I realized the importance of not rushing, not panicking, and quickly finding solutions. These 12 days of injury taught me a lot. Keep pushing forward!
