The video shows how to make sushi rolls. First, rinse 500 g of short‑grained rice, then cook it with 550 g of water until it boils, reduce the heat, cover, and let it steam for 15 minutes. After removing it from the heat, cover it with a towel and lid for another 15–20 minutes. Meanwhile, prepare the seasoning by mixing 50 g of rice or apple vinegar, 50 g of sugar, and 5 g of salt, then pour it over the rice and let it cool. Lay a sheet of nori on a board, spread the rice so that 2 cm of the bottom edge sticks out and the top edge stays 2 cm short of the end. Add cream cheese, shrimp, salmon, snow crab, avocado, and cucumber, then roll tightly, pressing firmly. Slice the roll into eight pieces and serve with soy sauce. Enjoy!
