This real‑time therapeutic yoga routine features easy stretches that help relax and relieve stress and anxiety throughout the body, decrease muscle tightness, and improve overall flexibility. The warm‑up begins with diaphragmatic breathing, followed by seated cat/cow, trunk rotation, piriformis stretch, hip flexor stretch, modified eagle pose, and a seated trunk roll‑down to mobilize the back, hips, neck, and shoulders. Quadruped stretches such as cat/cow and child’s pose loosen muscles and calm the body, and the routine concludes with a corpse pose (savasana) for relaxation.
