The Weekend Miljonairs DVD game was released in November 2004 as one of nine games based on the UK 2nd Edition DVD format, following Menno de Rutjer's near miss on the actual show. Its money tree followed the 2002‑2008 version, converting Dutch guilders to euros before the 12‑question format was adopted. Notably, this was the only Weekend Miljonairs game narrated by Robert ten Brink himself. The prize draw, aside from the Australian 1st Edition DVD, matches all UK 2nd Edition DVD derivatives, featuring Universal Mediterranea.
