The UK 1st Edition Who Wants to Be a Millionaire game for Nintendo Wii, released in 2007, is the first Wii title and the first since the UK Junior Edition GBA game to be a Nintendo exclusive. It uses the 15‑question format and features continuous music that only stops on a wrong answer or the final prompt, though the music cuts out at the £500,000 question. The game was developed by John Carpenter and released by Slam! Studios and Route1Games, with a planned but unreleased 2010 World Tour version. It is the first Millionaire title billed as a 1st Edition, and many of its questions were sourced from the Sky Gamestar apps.
