The UK 2nd Edition Nintendo DS, released in 2008 as a follow‑up to the 1st Edition, was the last Nintendo‑exclusive Who Wants to Be a Millionaire game. It is the only Millionaire title to use the 12‑question format that the show itself employs, a feature absent from the 1st Edition. Although the UK show never saw a contestant win the top prize with this format— the highest amount reached was £150,000—the DS version adds video clips for both correct and incorrect answers, a feature not present on the Wii port.
