This guided breathing session, based on the Wim Hof Method, includes four rounds of breath holds of increasing duration, starting with a warm‑up of conscious breathing. The session begins at 0:00 with an introduction, followed by round 1 at 0:10 lasting 1 minute 30 seconds, round 2 at 3:53 lasting 2 minutes, round 3 at 8:07 lasting 2 minutes 30 seconds, and round 4 at 12:50 lasting 3 minutes. The instructions advise breathing in through the nose or mouth, filling the belly, chest, and head, exhaling naturally, and holding the breath after the last exhale of each round. After each hold, inhale fully and hold for 15 seconds before starting again. The practice should be done in a safe environment and not while driving, swimming, or in any situation where passing out could cause injury.
