Today’s 30‑minute live pyramid workout focuses on building muscle with a full‑body strength routine that uses big muscle movers for both the upper and lower body. The session requires only dumbbells, and you’re encouraged to lift moderately heavy to heavy weights for each exercise. It consists of seven exercises performed in five non‑stop rounds, with the work intervals ascending to descending (30, 45, 60, 45, 30 seconds) and a 20‑second rest between rounds.
