Learn how to strengthen your core and tone your body by just using the side of your pool. Coach Stacy will show you a variety of exercises you can do in your pool to challenge your body and prevent boredom. No equipment necessary as you join Stacy to get AquaFIIT together for another water workout. This one is using the wall to focus on strengthening our core and lower body. Some exercises are more challenging than previous videos, so please work at your own level. Consult a doctor if you aren't sure if all the exercises are right for you. I included underwater views again. Video is 'silent' because the monsoon brings out noisy bugs in my part of the country; in order to bring you another video, this is the best attempt at working around the noise.
