Chilling warning after biggest earthquake in decades

Experts have warned that the 8.8 magnitude quake that hit off Russia, the largest earthquake in more than a decade, could set off a chain of volcanic eruptions across the Pacific Ocean ‘Ring of Fire’ putting millions of lives at risk on all sides of the ocean.
