อิน, a highly accurate tarot reader, pretends to read the fortune of his close friend's mother, Thodaw, and accidentally meets Thapfa, a crisis medical doctor and Thodaw's brother, who dislikes fortune tellers. When Thapfa first encounters อิน, he is warned of impending misfortune that could even lead to death. Initially skeptical, Thapfa soon experiences a string of bad luck, prompting friends to advise him to leave. He ends up staying with อิน in Chiang Rai until everything resolves. Ultimately, fate brings them together to face something.
