In this video, I designed a custom 2.5L ultra‑small form‑factor PC case inspired by the PS5 to fit a Thin‑ITX motherboard and a powerful Intel Arc Pro B50 GPU with 16 GB of GDDR6 VRAM. I walk you through the entire DIY 3D‑printing process, including 20 revisions of the internal tray and panels printed in matte black PETG and ASA for maximum durability and heat resistance. You will see the full assembly of this tiny console‑killer, featuring a 220 W CPU cooler on a 35 W CPU and a 180 W 4‑pin DIN AC adapter for a clean, cable‑free exterior. I also perform a deep dive into BIOS settings like Resizable BAR and Above 4 G Decoding before putting the system to the test with CPU‑Z, FurMark, and HWINFO to monitor the impressive 72 °C thermals. Finally, we jump into God of War Ragnarok at 1200 P High settings with XeSS, where this tiny 3D‑printed masterpiece achieves a smooth 65‑87 fps average, proving that big power can come in a very small, quiet package. 0:00 Introduction 0:30 Highlight 1:18 INYUDA H610IG Thin‑ITX motherboard overview 2:02 PC parts assembly 3:10 DIY Blower style CPU cooler 4:55 Intel Arc Pro B50 installation 6:00 2.5L Custom 3D case design and installation 8:12 Final project previews 9:16 CPU & GPU Stress test 10:12 Gameplay test 12:18 Final thought about the build
