Body Art Challenge: Walking the Streets in Paint

Step behind the scenes of our latest bodypainting performance in an urban setting. We took on the challenge of transforming the human body into a living canvas before taking the artwork out onto the streets. This video is NOT intended for sexual gratification. It is an artistic and documentary exploration of social interaction and public reaction to body art. The goal is to study how art can challenge perceptions and norms in public spaces. The focus is on the creative process—the painting itself—and the reactions, such as comments and looks, of passersby. All participating subjects have given their informed consent.
