The U.S. Army tested the CZ BREN 2 assault rifle in the Czech Republic. CZ BREN is a modular assault rifle designed and manufactured by Česká zbrojovka Uherský Brod. Its modular design allows users to change the caliber of the weapon to intermediate 5.56×45mm NATO or 7.62×39mm cartridges by quickly changing the barrel.
