I Made Pokémon With $1 vs $1,000!

I challenged myself to make the best new Pokémon possible using budgets of 1 dollar all the way to 1,000 dollars! Which resulted in everything from a super lame Pokémon with no evolutions, to a CRAZY cosmic type with 12 different evolutions which all have MEGA EVOLUTIONS!
