Two men have been sentenced to four years and three months in prison for illegally cutting down the Sycamore Gap tree. The famous tree, which stood next to Hadrian's Wall in Northumberland, UK, was felled in September 2023. Daniel Graham and Adam Carruthers, both from Cumbria, were each convicted of two counts of criminal damage in May.
