The series follows the intertwined lives of the staff and guests at the Eleon hotel. In the first episode, Kristina seeks to marry Pavel while Dasha dreams of quitting her job; Kostya is demoted and Uncle Borya tries to quit drinking. As the police investigate an assault on Alyokhin, Nikita attempts to destroy evidence, and Uncle Borya plans a proposal for Valentina. Mikhail tries to reconnect with Sofia, but Eleonora remains obstinate, while Yulia and Dasha visit Alyokhin in the hospital. Dasha accidentally gets rid of a key guest’s pet, and Uncle Borya hires a clueless assistant named Aibek. Eleonora’s husband, Rodion Sergeyevich, returns, determined to uncover her lover’s identity, and the investigation finds evidence against the housekeepers. Mikhail and Sofia prepare the hotel for Madonna’s arrival, Nikita and Dasha sort out their relationship, and Yulia starts a romance with Major Vladimir Krepchuk. Dasha learns Alyokhin is alive, but no one believes her; Eleonora attempts to rid Mikhail of a bad habit, and Sofia falls into a drinking binge. Dasha’s grandmother learns the truth about her granddaughter’s life, Uncle Borya takes an English test, and Pavel hires an inexperienced detective. Dasha is promoted to porter and assigned a lunatic guest; Mikhail plans a surprise, and Sofia and Pavel’s romance blossoms. A new investigator takes over Alyokhin’s case, Yulia and Dasha fall under suspicion again, and Mikhail and Eleonora leave together. Svetlana returns to work and tries to collaborate with former Nikita and his girlfriend Dasha; Sofia is offered a position at a Prague hotel. Investigators discover Alyokhin’s two daughters, who don’t exist, were visiting him in the hospital, and Senya tries to expose his pregnant wife. Yulia and Dasha imagine their lives if their partners were Pavel, Egor, Mikhail, Nikita, and Boris Leonidovich. A demanding guest tests Dasha’s resilience, and a police unit arrives for a check at Eleon; Senya hides contraband. Dasha must meet Nikita’s father alone, Aibek irritates a migration officer, and Senya forces his wife onto a diet. Svetlana quarrels with Nikita and Dasha, Mikhail decides to forget Sofia and propose to Eleonora, and Kostya undergoes a “battle baptism” from colleagues. The housekeepers head to Rublyovka to catch a living Alyokhin, and a daughter persuades Eleonora to honestly confess her feelings to Mikhail. Yulia and the investigator prepare to marry at Eleon, Mikhail wants to win Sofia back, and Uncle Borya seeks reconciliation with Valentina.
