Wario Land 3: Part 42: Sea Turtle Rocks (Gray Chest)

This level is named for its rocks, which resemble the topside of a sea turtle's shell. It is initially clunky to navigate; toward the Gray Key and Gray Chest, you must use Wario's strength to smash through the rocks, which open different paths depending on which wall you use his shoulder on and which floor you use his ass on. Much of the water is mucky black, but the Grey Key is hidden in one of these pitch‑black pools. To reach the clear blue water, follow the path I took at 4:23 for a clue. This leads Wario to a drop into a larger body of water where he must face Octo, also known as Scowler. If Scowler grabs Wario, he will kick him out of the room; to defeat him, bump into him from below three times while dodging his attacks, giving him his halo. Afterward, you can reach the Gray Chest, which contains the third Music Box. Its pleasant tune opens a hole into the south side of the world’s volcano, leading to the Cave of Flames. Two more Music Boxes remain, after which the Hidden Figure can be freed, promising good things to come.
