The UK 2nd Edition Nintendo DS version of Who Wants to Be a Millionaire was released in 2008 as the follow‑up to the first edition, which appeared on both the Wii and DS. It was the last Nintendo‑exclusive Millionaire game and is the only DS title to use the 12‑question format that the TV show employs. Unlike the Wii port, the DS version includes video clips that play when you answer a question correctly or incorrectly. Although the show never awarded the top prize under the 12‑question format, the best contestant earned £150,000.
