This leg day workout is fun and effective as we combine builders and burners for 25 minutes of strength training. It will build muscle and definition for lean legs by targeting the quads, hamstrings, glutes, and inner and outer thighs. Each circuit includes one builder and two burners, a structure that challenges the muscles and promotes increased muscle mass and definition. I’m glad you joined me for this workout—working out with a friend is always better!
