I had shown this rye bread recipe in a pan a few years ago and decided to redo it because of many new comments and questions. The recipe uses about 450 g of flour, a teaspoon of salt, a tablespoon of sugar, and 2–3 tablespoons of vegetable oil. The pan is 26 cm in diameter. I don’t usually weigh the finished loaf.
