How I’ve moved on, let go and left the past in the past - The Naked Truth

I wanted to talk about my past and why I am no longer allowing it to upset me. It did for a long time. I used to feel sad all the time about the fact that I had lost my mum and my sister. I always felt like a victim, which meant I never felt good or happy. I knew things had to change, and I wanted to share how I made those changes and what life is like for me now.
