In the 74th episode, Osman Bey is besieged from all sides. After a mine explosion, Boran Alp is captured by the Byzantines and is about to be executed by Governor Nikola, while Seljuk Vizier Alemşah arrives in Bitinya to bring Osman under control. Turgut Bey and Mari, who have been captured, desperately need Osman’s help. The mine explosion in Inegöl, triggered by the Byzantines, leaves Osman scrambling to reach his trapped allies; Boran Alp falls into captivity, and Turgut Bey and Mari are seized by Nikola. The Kayı camp is destroyed under Boran’s captivity, and Osman prepares to target Inegöl Castle to rescue his captured Alp. Alemşah’s visit to the Kayı camp and his declaration that the era of passive obedience is over gives the Byzantines a new hope, while Governor Kosses’s blade in Sheikh Edebali’s throat becomes the final blow.
