This is one of the many endings to Vampire The Masquerade: Bloodlines. It’s completely off the wall. I played the game with the 8.0 plus patch, which is apparently where the ending comes from. Many thanks to Cunnysmythe and others who pointed this out in the comments field. The music is Daniel Ash’s "Come Alive".
