The UK 2nd Edition of the Who Wants to Be a Millionaire Nintendo DS, released in 2008, was the follow‑up to the first edition and the last Nintendo‑exclusive version of the game. It is the only Millionaire title to use the 12‑question format that the TV show employs, and unlike the Wii port, it includes video clips that play when the player answers correctly or incorrectly. Although the format was used on the show, no contestant ever won the top prize; the highest amount reached was £150,000.
