This video shows how to make a famous chicken and mushroom quiche. The batter uses 250 g flour, 125 g butter, one egg, and 5 g salt. The filling consists of 350 g chicken fillet, 500 g mushrooms, 200 g 15 % cream, one egg, salt, pepper, and 100 g cheese. Bake for 50–60 minutes at 180 °C.
